pull your salary, the market is tough and if you are looking for a job the military is gearing up for the technology war.. They are starting to push out jobs to alot of contractors.. And for kids that know about computer they just don't work out when you put them in a real network where complexity is beyond scope. Anyone can read a book and put together a small network of 10/20 computers and call themselves and administrator. Put them on our network at work and I guarntee it would make them cry, hell it does me.. 100+ subnets

2 class B's full of networking equipment for testing
2TB+ of user data.. Our network is a nightmare too, hehe you should see what happens when a test engineer fat fingers a subnet with a smartbits.. Hehe you can fill the cell buffers on a ATM card so bad that it'll drop signalling and your WAN links start randomly disappearing and reappearing.. You just sorta stand there and wonder wtf is going on :)
